All clients must have a valid credit card on file in order to book. All bookings must be made through Square site. By booking an appointment, client is agreeing to Aiko Nails Policies.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice = 50% fee of the full price of the reserved service value
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice = 100% fee of the full price of reserved service value
2 or more last minute cancellations = ban from future appointments
Rescheduling
Please reschedule at least 48 hours before the beginning of appointment.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice = 50% fee of the full price of the reserved service value
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice = 100% fee of the full price of reserved service value.
2 or more rescheduling = cancelled appointment
No shows
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in 100% no-show fee.
Late arrival
Scheduled appointments have a grace period of 15 minutes, but you may receive a lesser service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled and 100% of the service cost will be charged.
Full price of the reserved service will be charged when the service is downgraded due to late arrival.
Payment
Aiko Nails can accept a card, cash or payments through Zelle/Venmo only.
Nail repairs
Gel polish manicures and pedicures are guaranteed for 3 days after your service. If gel starts to lift or chip, please contact me to schedule a free nail repair. Repairs after 3 days are $15 per nail.
Downgrading services
Full price of the reserved services are due to be paid in full regardless of downgrading to a lesser service. E.g., if you’ve booked both manicure and pedicure, but want to do just one service at the day of an appointment, a full price is still to be paid for the reserved services. If you need to do any changes to your booking, please let us know within cancellation/rescheduling time frames. er 3 days are $15 per nail.
Safety
To ensure safety and completing service in time, children and pets are not allowed in a salon suite.
